Play fairly and keep chat safe

  • No harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying or targeted abuse.
  • No sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or other illegal content.
  • No sharing another person’s private information, impersonation, scams, malware or spam.
  • No cheating, deliberate service disruption, ban evasion or abuse of reporting tools.
  • Do not pressure players to disclose personal information or move to unsafe external services.

Block or report a player

Open Room chat in the game, select the message, and choose Block player to hide messages from that identity. You can reverse a local block through Blocked players.

Choose Report message to submit the selected message and a reason. The confirmation explains what will be sent. A successful report also blocks that player locally. Keep the private ticket link to check the response. The full room transcript is not automatically submitted.

For something you cannot report in the game, contact Support. Describe what happened and the room or approximate time, without including unnecessary personal information.

Review and restrictions

Reports can be reviewed for context and available evidence. Depending on the issue, A1Base Inc. may restrict chat or access to hosted services. Local player blocks and moderator restrictions are different: a local block changes what you see; a moderator restriction can affect the reported identity across rooms.

To dispute a restriction or report an error, contact Support and ask for a review. Explain the situation and include a relevant ticket link if you have one. Do not submit repeated reports to pressure a decision.

Online safety

Filters cannot catch every harmful message, and another player can copy what you post. Keep passwords, addresses and other sensitive information out of chat. You can leave a room or play solo at any time.

Support tickets are not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
